VH-15 hydraulic vibrators are basically used when vibrating the concrete in dams or big blocks in ports.

The VH-15 vibrator head is specially treated to work with the most abrasive type of concrete. It is considered incorrodible and obtains an extraordinary durability.
Besides this, the vibrator has been specially designed to keep on working even if the head was perforated.
In case the head is finally worn out, the VH-15 vibrator offers the possibility of changing only the head and not the entire cylinder line. Its structure allows the head to be separated, with no need of disassembling the whole vibrator.
The bearing, which supports a great part of the work, is specially chosen for a long durability even under the hardest conditions.
Minimum spare parts are recommended for hypothetical repairs, as only 3 main pieces are liable to get damaged out of thirty that make up the vibrator.
The task of repair can be easily achieved with the dismantling and re-assembly tools specially designed for this purpose and also with the quick-release couplings that vibrators are equipped with.
