Description
Series NTS piston vibrators generate directed vibrations. These vibrators can be used for vibrating of material adhering to container walls (e.g. silos, funnels, filter outlets an other similar applications, they can be mounted under vibration tables for material compaction and can be used for discharge and transport feeders. NTS series piston vibrators can be used, taking care to comply with the operator's operating regulations, in plants for the production of food, as in explosive and wet areas.
The vibrating frequency and stroke can be regulated by additionally required components (regulator, valves, restrictors, 3 way valves, timing control).
The vibration is generated by a freely moving, self steering, air cushioned piston. Both masses, piston on one side, the mass to vibrate (case included) on the other side, move against each other with reciprocally proportional stroke of their weight.
The NTS can also be used outdoors within the temperature range + 5 up to +100 °C (+150 ºC for group 2) as well as under water, if the outlet air is piped away. NTS can be used with comressed air or nitrogen up to 6 bar.
