Vibrating conveyors in the classification of bulky waste.

Vibrating conveyors facilitate the extraction of objects. Their rectangular section with flat bottom enables the material to be distributed over the whole width of the tray in a uniform layer, without entanglements. The tray can be lined with an anti-wear covering.

The metallic tray offers a good response to impacts of heavy objects, attacks from chemical products or cutting or puncturing objects. Its maintenance is minimum.

Feeders for non-ferric material separators.

Vibrating feeders facilitate the distribution of material throughout the whole width of the separator at the same time as spreading the material at the moment of feeding the separator.

As precautions, it must be borne in mind that its width should be greater than that of the belt feeding it or lesser than that of the separator itself. On the other hand, its length should be great enough to achieve the spreading effect. The nearer to the end of the process the vibrating feeders are installed, the better the results will be.

It is recommended to use low frequencies (1000 r.min-1) with high amplitudes (10 ~ 12 mm).

SeVrick. Separator of cans and tetra-brick.

The separator of cans and tetra-bricks is a light unit, easily installed and highly effective. The SeVrick offers a rapid modification of its screening span as well as easy adaptation to the seasonal changes by means of changing the screening surface. It is a low cost machine that does the work of two people.

Natural frequency conveyors for ashes, slag or unburned items...

The natural frequecy conveyors are especially apt for heavy-duty work, under very extreme conditions such as abrasion, shock or high charges.

Those conveyors are of rugged design, giving trouble-free service, even under the direst conditions, furnishing high capacities (with a maximum width of 1500 mm) and virtually maintenance free operation. Its ruggedness enables it to transport materials of large size up to pieces of several hundred of kilograms.

Through a high amplitude (15 ~ 20 mm) and a low frequency vibration (600 ~ 750 r.min-1), a speed of up to 18 m/min can be reached. When transporting, several processes can be undertaken, such as cooling, heating, screening..

In the incinerating plants, products at a very high temperature can be conveyed, such as ashes, slag or unburned items. To do so, specials trays supported to the frame through springs are used. Installations completely dusttight can be also made.

Natural frequency conveyor-screen for compost.

When screening compost, the conveyor acts as a tromel, for ligths higher than 30 mm. In the organic line, installed before the compost, it eliminates cans and bottles.

Battery separators.

These are mobile units, simple to install, that allow the manual classification of "clusters of batteries", the opening of bags or the separation of button batteries. The separated batteries are collected directly in two small containers.

The flow of batteries to be screened is regulated continuously, by means of a control box.

Bar screen.

The vibrating screen equipped with cantilevered bars, without cross members, can be used at diverse points in the installation, replacing rotary screens:

  • In 2nd bag plants after a bag breaker to separate plastic packages from other packages and organic material.
  • As a scalper before a bag breaker to eliminate the material that arrives outside bags, thus discharging work from the bag breaker.
  • In composting plants, carrying out a primary screening of the compost, with a bar span between 50 and 60 mm.

Elastic mesh sieves for screening compost.

It is an ideal machine for screening with spans of 10 ~ 15 mm. The vibration can be varied in its amplitude, acceleration and frequency, to adjust itself to the compost composition and moisture with the aim of obtaining the greatest effectiveness of screening (90 ~ 95%).

To ensure an efficient screening, the compost should be given greater speeds than usual. By means of the expansion and contraction of the high density polyurethane elastic sieves (of 4500 hours of duration), very high accelerations are obtained (up to 50 g) maintaining a constant effectiveness, thus avoiding blinding.

They can work with humidity of up to 50%, being equipped with 2 meshes, with an inclination of 10 ~ 15º and with low maintenance.
