Sand recovering.
Due to the moulds breaking, when cooling the pouring, it is highly recommended to install a natural frequency conveyor, under the line, to collect the sand and to avoid sand gets piled in the floor.
The vibrating conveyors usually installed belong to a light serie, for low flows, up to 20 tons per hour.
The sand cooler is an essential element to obtain the perfect homogenisation of the sand, the bentonite and the coal mixture. Then, in the injection machine, the percentage of quality rejections, in the finished pieces, is minimum.
