Ceramic frit extractor
When making the ceramic frit, the different components have to be melted at temperatures above 1000 ºC, to proceed to their cristalization in water. The URBAR vibrating conveyor is conceived to facilitate this process and furthermore to extract the product.
It is a conveyor working between 8º and 10º of negative inclination, depending on the needs, and in whose interior a constant flow of water is introduced in the rear part, used to produce the thermal shock necessary for the frit to crystallise.
The conveyor is equipped with two lateral pipes (for the water output and its subsequent treatment in sedimentation basins), level adjusters and wheels to be transportated. The tray final part is free of water, and the negative inclination causes a first draining, before the frit is put into big-bags..
The trough parts in contact with the product and the moving structure are made in AISI-304 stainless steel.
The extractors are driven by two URBAR made electric external vibrators, with low maintenance, giving the necessary reliability needed in a continuous job.
Every machine is made to measure, in order to be adapted to every specific requirement. In this sense, the inclination, the water capacity, the transport speed or the height depend on the installation previous study.
Ceramic frit drain rack
After extracting the ceramic frit, and in order to improve the water draining, URBAR has developed specific vibrating conveyors.
These machines have a 13º ascending inclination and are lined with alumina flagstones, avoiding the frit contamination, otherwise caused because the abrasion and the high tray inclination.
The conveyor is fed by the main extractor and its high inclination makes easier the water evacuation through the incorporated back rack.

Usually, this machine feeds the packaging and weighing systems. The feeding is stopped, every single time a container is filled up, allowing the main extractor to work continuously, storing the frit in the back side, while the container is switched.
As well as the main extractor, the inside part and the supporting structure are made in AISI-304 stainless steel and it is equipped with wheels and level adjustment.
