Elastic mesh sieves
High precision is obtained with heavy-screenable bulk material. Two frames vibrate in opposition, shaking the polyurethane panels and obtaining high accelerations. High humidity material combined with mud, clay or other impurities, stems or leafy materials, fibrous, matted substances are easily screened.
These screens can be equipped with a single deck, double deck or single deck with protection deck. The screening surface can reach up to 20 m2 with a maximum flow of 800 t/h; obtaining a high precision with fines or products otherwise difficult to be screened.
The drive unit is an IEC-motor, a V-belt drive a cardan shaft with unbalanced weights. The required power is low, compared to other systems.
