Mechanic screens
These are single and double deck screens powered by an electric motor and a cardan shaft with adjustable unbalance weight. They are made for cut points of 0.5 mm to 150 mm. A 1500 t/h throughput can be obtained.
Their working surface can be bigger than 30 m2. The meshes to be used can be in polyurethane or rubber, grizzly type and metallic (perforated or vulcanised). The products usually handled are: sand, lime, dolomite, gravel, coal.
In order to simplify the mounting, the polyurethane panels are preferably fixed without bolts. In some cases, the screen can be equipped with an irrigation system or with a cover air tightened to dust.
