Those screens are fitted with up to 6 sifting floors and are driven by two REX vibrators. The sizing is made following the probabilistic method. In this type of screen, it is usual to install several meshes to make a single cutting. Besides of this, the finest meshes are protected against possible impacts.
The IM screens can be made air tightened to dust, with circular inlets or with any other special element in order to obtain the right feeding of the product to be handled. Their useful width can vary, depending on the requested flow, from 0.5 to 3 m.
The final result is a compact machine, with a reduced weight, that facilitates to build supporting structures more simple and lighter than the ones required to support the traditional screens.
