Electro mechanic vibrating feeders
The silos and hoppers extraction is made through vibrating feeders, in order to assure a uniform flow when dosing the aggregate.
Driven by two electric external vibrators, from the REX series, URBAR made, the electro mechanic feeders reach up to 1500 t/h, with maximum dimensions of 2500 x 3000 mm.
The flow can be eventually regulated by the means of connecting a frequency changer.
Electromagnetic vibrating feeders
Driven by a single-phase electromagnetic vibrator, this type of feeder is used to dose the aggregate flow, depending on the installation need. The adjustment is simple, from zero to the maximum, through an electronic control box.
The flow is regulated:
- Manually through a potentiometer.
- Automatically, by the means of a 4-20 mA signal (or 0-10 V).
- When feeding crushers, through a motor intensity control system
Generally speaking the maximum dimensions for the electromagnetic feeders are 1500 mm width and 3000 mm long.
