Description
The heavy duty grizzly feeders of the series PC are equipped with 2 or 3 screening grills. They are driven by two electric external vibrators or by two electric gear vibrators. They are basically used to eliminate from the crushing process the sizes that can be directly used. This way, the crusher lasts much longer, as the job is done with a reduced charge and with a higher regularity.
In the inlet, a plate generally made by several L upside down profiles is installed for the reception of the product to be handled. The grills are installed in cascade in order to obtain an efficient pre-screening. The PC grizzlies are lined with a wear resistant plate or eventually they can be made in wear resistant steel 400 HB.
