Description.
The electromagnetic feeders are used to dose, with a controlled the flow, any bulk product stocked in a hopper.
The driving vibrators are single phase and can be connected at 230V or 400V 50Hz (or 440V 60Hz). The standard exciting frequency is 50Hz (or 60Hz). Nevertheless, and depending on the needs, a lower frequency, such as 25Hz (or 30Hz) can be used.
The electromagnetic vibrators can be installed in the feeders in a normal position or upside down, depending on the requirements.
The product flow can be regulated automatically or manually.
The automatic regulation (through 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10V signals) allows a constant and precise flow regulation, by the means of a digital control system (computer, automate or others), including the crushers feeding control, considering their consumption.
The control can also be manually made through a potentiometer installed in a control box, selecting the right speed. Besides of this, the feeder can work with one or more speeds, prefixed in the control box.
